VIDEO: Felipe Massa’s Final Reflections

With a Formula 1 career expanding 15 years, it’s safe to say that Felipe Massa got to live out his dream of being a racecar driver.

Although he never won the championship, he came close, scoring a runner-up in the year-end standings in 2008. He also experienced success, winning 11 races and 16 poles along the way. Who knew when he took the checkered flag in Turkey in 2006, leading 54 of 58 laps, for his first victory what would come over the next several years.

Following this past year, Massa announced that he is set to step away from the sport and call it a career. Recently, he reflected on everything that happened.
