BayMane Sports Management Announces Ayla Agren as First Client
BayMane Sports Management (formerly known as BayMane Management) is pleased to announce Alya Agren as the agency’s first client.
Agren is the first client signed under the new banner.
The 24-year-old Norwegian driver will compete on the 2018 Mazda Road to Indy program in the Pro Mazda Series Presented by Cooper Tires.
The 2014 F1600 Champion, who ran in the USF 2000 Series last season for Pelfrey Racing, is looking forward to 2018 under the direction of BayMane.
BayMane’s principles, Micheal “Mack” McCormack and Gina Bernacchi are excited to have Ayla break ground with their new agency.
“I’m excited to have Ayla on board as our first client for BayMane,” said Bernacchi. “She is a rising star in the Mazda Road to Indy. Ayla possesses the right mix of natural talent and dedication, and we are working diligently to put all the components together for a successful 2018 season.”
McCormack is also excited to work with their new driver.
“Having Ayla as our first client is something special for us. She is a rising star in open-wheel racing and we’re enthused about the coming year,” he said. “Ayla is a proven race winner and a Champion; we have high expectations for the coming year.”
Equally as excited, Agren is ready to push 2018 into high gear with BayMane.
“I am really excited to be a part of BayMane’s program,” Ayla said. “Gina and Mack have shown that they are as eager as I am to make this happen, and it feels great working with a group of people that are all pulling in the same direction. The 2018 season will be a key season in my career, and being represented by BayMane I can’t wait to see what we can make happen in the upcoming season.”
The Mazda Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires will kick off 2018 at Homestead-Miami Speedway for Spring Training in late February.
